What content do you not publish?

We do not publish content containing nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, hate speech, illegal activities, defamatory content, copyright infringement, or any material that does not align with our publishing standards. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Do I own my magazine?

Yes. Your magazine belongs to you. We provide consulting, design, production, and publishing support while you retain ownership of your publication and brand.

What is included in the $150 Magazine Launch Package?

The package includes a publishing consultation, magazine name consultation, promotional magazine cover design, branding recommendations, a personalized publishing roadmap, and marketing guidance to help you begin attracting advertisers and contributors.

Do I need my articles before I get started?

No. Your promotional cover is designed to help you begin marketing your magazine while you gather articles, recruit contributors, secure advertisers, and build your audience.

How long does it take to launch a magazine?

Some magazines can launch in approximately 90 days. However, we generally recommend allowing about six months for your first issue to give you time to build quality content and market your publication.

How many pages should my magazine have?

Most first editions range from 16 to 32 pages. We’ll help you determine the right size during your consultation.

Can I publish quarterly instead of monthly?

Yes. Quarterly publishing is a popular option for first time publishers because it provides more time to create quality content.

Can I sell advertising in my magazine?

Absolutely. Advertising is one of the best ways to generate revenue and help offset your publishing costs.

Can sponsors help pay for my magazine?

Yes. Many publishers secure sponsors before production begins, helping cover expenses while building credibility within their community.

Will my magazine be available in print?

Yes. Your magazine can be published digitally and offered in print through Print on Demand, eliminating the need to order large quantities of inventory.

Can you help me obtain an ISSN?

Yes. We’ll guide you through the process of obtaining an International Standard Serial Number for your publication.

Can you write articles for my magazine?

Content creation services may be available upon request. If you already have writers or contributors, we’ll professionally design your magazine using the content you provide.

Can I use AI generated content?

Yes. However, you are responsible for ensuring all submitted content is accurate, original, and complies with copyright laws and our publishing standards.

Who is responsible for the content I submit?

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights and permissions to use all articles, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials submitted for publication.

When do I pay for magazine production?

You only pay $150 to begin your publishing journey. The Magazine Layout & Production Package and page production fees are due when your content is submitted and production begins.

Are payments refundable?

Because work begins immediately on your consultation, planning, and promotional cover design, payments are nonrefundable unless Launch Your Own Magazine cancels your project.

Can Launch Your Own Magazine refuse a project?

Yes. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project that does not align with our publishing standards, business policies, ethical guidelines, or applicable laws.
